Copyright and usage policy
- I will usually post completed commissions online, unless you request the drawing to be private.
- You can request the commission to be watermarked if it is to be posted online.
- I retain the copyrights to my commission artwork, meaning you do not have the right to modify/change the drawing in any way unless I approve of it.
- Any of my commission artwork may be used for non-commercial purposes.
- If you choose to share my commission art anywhere online, please do give credit.
- You do not have the right to sell my commissioned work.
Payment policy
- I accept payment only through PayPal. Please also keep in mind I charge in GBP.
- I take 50% of the commission payment after you are satisfied with the rough pose sketch. The other 50% of the payment will be processed once the drawing is complete.
- You have the right to decline a commission before payment has been made.
- Once the payment has been made, there will be no refunds. The only exception to this is if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, but that will be only be done by my decision.
process
- I have the right to decline any commission requested if I feel I am unable or uncomfortable to deliver.
- If you want the drawing in a specific size/resolution, please let me know beforehand, otherwise I will choose it for you. There may be exceptions to this if you chose a size too small or too big.
- If I approve of the requested commission, I will send a rough pose sketch to ensure whether you want anything added or changed.
- Depending on the drawing, if it's an ipad sketch it can take me roughly 1-2 weeks. A drawing with more complex details and shading however can take me about 1 month, so please do be patient.
- Through each stage of the drawing (sketch, line art, base color, shading, etc) I will keep the client updated on.
- Each update will include a watermark on the drawing with a lower resolution. Once the drawing is completed and the second payment is made, I will send the drawing in both PNG and JPEG format at its highest resolution with the watermark removed.
Revisions
- revisions during the sketch process are only allowed up to 4 times.
- Any major change that is asked after a detailed sketch is done (such as wanting a completely different pose or character) will not be accepted.

When you ask commissions for your OC, it would help if you could provide a reference image for me to look at. If you don’t have one, then please be as specific as possible. Remember to also let me know how you want the angle, composition, and pose to look like. This way I can make sure I draw it the way you envisioned it. The more specific you are, the better.Additionally, any drawing that is drawn beyond the waist will be considered as a "full body" commission, even if the whole body is not shown.If you have any further questions, please feel free to send me an email.
